The Division of Human Resources initiates all external recruitment and activities for the hiring of personnel, the developing and coordinating of compensation and benefits packages, and providing guidance for all personnel related issues with existing staff. They are responsible for negotiating collective bargaining contracts.
The Division develops, coordinates and evaluates technical and professional development training and cross training programs for the improvement of the Authority’s employees’ knowledge and skills. They are currently developing and providing oversight of the employee performance evaluation system.
