The Office of the Executive Director is responsible for the direction that the Authority proceeds by the establishing, attaining and surpassing of its annual accomplishments. These are set as an overall target for the Authority as well as each division being responsible for the development of related accomplishments for that particular division that support and complement the overall accomplishments of the VIWMA. Based in a setting of fiscal responsibility and “transparency of operations”, it is imperative for the VIWMA to inter-twine its divisions overall accomplishments to be attained in conjunction with the Vision of the Authority.

• Procure Employee Uniforms

• Complete all real property surveys and appraisals

• Improve bulk waste collection and bin site area maintenance
• Install scale at Anguilla Landfill
• Implement new & improved enforcement strategies
• Complete full cost accounting and performance benchmarking
