The area of Planning and Program Development plans the future and direction of the Authority. The planning responsibilities include decision support on planning, policy and operations procedures by utilizing a range of technical and analytical tools. This Division assists in integrating staff efforts and coordinating capital planning, infrastructure improvements, strategic business planning, and agency-wide performance measures.
