The Office of the Chief Planning Officer develops the direction that the Authority takes and provides the support system necessary for the operating divisions to perform efficiently and remain in compliance with local and federal rules and regulations. It provides guidelines for planning, research and development, engineering, technical support and capital development. The oversight responsibility for the Divisions of Engineering and Environmental Programs are also incorporated within this area.
