Office of the Chief Financial Officer
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial well-being of the Authority. It provides the management of funds including budget planning, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, capital planning and investments, and financial accountability.

As an autonomous agency, the Authority assumes the responsibility of its own debts and payments. Current appropriations from the local government provide the financial foundation needed to conduct business until the revenue streams are confirmed. These include revenues from the collection and disposal of solid waste and the Wastewater User Fee (WUF) for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater.
