The Office of Communications Management provides internal and external information regarding the Authority. This office manages internal communications and creates and distributes in-house publications for the staff. It is also responsible for the image branding of the Authority through public education and community outreach, including collateral development and distribution, educational presentations and community outreach. Communications Management serves as the voice of the Authority and develops program specific messages for the public. The office is also responsible for public relations, marketing, and event coordination.
