The area of Contract Management is tasked with all contract and services negotiations for the Authority. Before the Authority can enter in any agreement with an outside vendor, a contract must be secured for their services. This Division oversees the bidding process and the final negotiations of the selected respondent. It also keeps an active monitoring of the invoicing, reporting and performance milestones of the contractors. These contracts can range from simple janitorial services for all facilities to complex contracts such as management of landfill operations or a major wastewater treatment facility.

Vendor Requirements

All vendors are required to:

  • be licensed to do business in the U.S. Virgin Islands;
  • submit invoices in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Authority’s Division of Procurement and Property; and
  • follow all of the Authority’s Division of Procurement and Property’s Policies and Procedures for doing business with the Authority.
