Survey

As part of our community outreach and to get feedback to determine how well we are serving you, the VIWMA performs surveys. These surveys can be by telephone and may be conducted by a consultant or may be given at a VIWMA event. Surveys request information to see how much you know about the services that the VIWMA and its contractors provide and how well we are doing our job. Your honest responses tell us what we need to do to improve our services and to respond to our communities’ ever-growing needs regarding waste management. We welcome your responses, suggestions and comments.
